1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing MacroSourcingHub.com or engaging our procurement, supplier screening, factory audit, or quality inspection services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Nature of Sourcing Services
MacroSourcingHub operates as an independent procurement consultant, buyer representative, and inspection coordinator. We do not manufacture products directly unless explicitly contracted under a turnkey manufacturing management agreement. All supplier selections, purchase agreements, and production approvals are finalized with the client's explicit consent.
3. Factory Audits & Inspection Limitations
Factory verification reports reflect the conditions, documentation, and operational status observed by our auditors at the exact time and date of inspection. While we utilize rigorous ISO and AQL quality inspection methodologies, inspection reports do not constitute a perpetual legal warranty of future factory performance or zero-defect manufacturing.
